AQ is a thin value bet, this is very easy and I'd call a min C/R since he can show up with 36 or 33 prob.

Certainly calling the c/r against player with those stats, could fold against someone tight/reasonable/not a fish

This is soooo standard, and not even close to thin IMO. C/r on river blows and this is like always a flush but I usually just pay off and proceed to throw my mouse against the wall when he shows like 58h or some junk.
