Leaving Shea now...[censored] Pretty sure I will die without ever hearing a good excuse for why Reyes and Castillo didn't take 2nd and 3rd with Beltran up with no defender within 40 feet of them.

Because they were afraid of gettign thrown out... AGAIN. They didnt show the defensive allignment on TV but unless they were GIVING them the bases I dont think this was a stealing spot. Myers walks too many people, too likely to move the runners up on his own, and with Wright batting the risk/reward ratio isn't good enough. Then with Beltran batting you make the AB even more meanigful, which naturally would reduce the chance of success (lol)

No chance of being thrown out. Rollins and utley were almost closer to 3rd and 1st than 2nd, and Howard wasn't holding. They could have walked. I was shocked...difference between needing a bloop or a long extra base hit. Shouldn't have been too surprised though as they had their heads up their asses on the bases all game

With all of this disgraceful bullpen performance, is it asking to much to see Humber instead of the [censored] they keep throwing out there like Mota? Omar needs to answer for not improving the bullpen when it became apparent that it was worse than awful, but I'd like Willie to explain why Humber does not merit consideration of a role in the bullpen.

Hopefully they even make it into the damn playoffs. Here's what the relievers should be:
Maine (7th inning)
Schoenweiss (LOOGY)
Feliciano (7th inning)
Heilman (8th inning)
Wagner (Closer)
Sosa (Long man)
Smith (ROOGY)

But most likely, Mota will be in instead of Smith, Maine won't get used at all, and Schoenweiss will be asked to pitch to righties. If they keep Sele in there I will stab myself repeatedly in the thigh.
