IMPORTANT – EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

Dear NETELLER Merchant,

As a result of the recent US legislative changes and related events, NETELLER announced that effective immediately, its US members will no longer be able to make fund transfers to or from any online gambling sites. We would like to assure you that we value your business and will continue to service your customers in all of our other currently supported countries.

Please note that you are not required to make any changes to your site or API.

If you are a US-facing online gambling merchant, no immediate action on your part is required. However, it is important you visit our US Business Merchant Toolkit for more details and call centre scripts.

If your customers have any questions or concerns, please feel free to direct them to our online member FAQs.

If you are a non-gambling merchant, please contact us at your convenience to ensure that your software is still allowing US customers to make online transfers to and from your site.

Should you have any questions or require assistance, please contact NETELLER Merchant Business Development, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We look forward to partnering with you in expanding into new global markets.

...[censored]... Any recommendations on where/through what money transfer service I should open my poker account?

Seems to me things are going downhill awful quickly.

1) Is RTR considered a "gambling merchant"?

2) Does this affect December rakeback payments (i.e. I still haven't gotten paid for December, am I screwed at the moment)?

Also, can anyone help me figure out if this means I won't be getting my Party rb for December if my affiliate is located in the US (not sure if that's even possible). Ugh this sucks.
