Default Should I play this different?

.25/.5 limit

Because of the connected flop, should I just call the flop? Should I consider folding the turn or river? I lost to a straight.

Pre-flop: (8 players) Hero is Button with Jh; Jd;
3 folds, MP2 calls, CO calls, Hero raises, SB folds, BB calls, MP2 calls, CO calls.

Flop: 6c; 8c; 5h; (8.48SB, 4 players)
BB bets, MP2 calls, CO calls, Hero raises, BB calls, MP2 calls, CO 3-bets, Hero calls, BB calls, MP2 calls.

Turn: 10h; (8.24BB, 4 players)
BB checks, MP2 checks, CO bets, Hero calls, BB calls, MP2 calls.

River: 3h; (12.24BB, 4 players)
BB checks, MP2 checks, CO bets, Hero calls, BB calls, MP2 calls.

Results:
Final pot: 16.24BB
