Default Hypothetical situation- sacking the QB.

Take your average American male and stick him in at defensive end in one NFL football game. Now, lets give him the strategic advantage of him knowing the upcoming play is going to be a pass. He wouldn't have to line up in a three point stance, in fact he could line up behind the line of scrimmage and get a running start if he chooses to. We would also allow him to grab the face mask, hold, grab or kick his balls, and even spit in the offensive tackle's face. With these advantages, would an average 'Joe' be able to get at least one sack and maybe a few hurries before being mauled by a guy like Orlando Pace or Walter Jones?? Does anyone here think they could succeed at recording a sack with these cheats in place?

I'm in decent shape...Orlando Pace would knock my ass to the ground with ease

Hell no.

Pace or Jones would pancake the [censored] out any average Joe about 100% of the time.

Clearly not even against the worst fringe tackle in the league.

Hell no.

Pace or Jones would pancake the [censored] out any average Joe about 120 % of the time because after the first few times you might make the horrible mistake of actually getting back up.

You could remove the offensive line completely and the chances I sack an NFL QB are pretty low.

bwaaaahhh. that's the funniest thing I've seen. But to be fair, Kordell is a pretty fast and strong dude for a QB.

Let's make it easier Average man VS all conference D-3 offensive tackle. The average man will get zero sacks and no tackles the entire game.

Yeah, this really isn't even close. Especially considering the average man will be at the very least giving up 50 pounds of pretty good athlete.

Edit: even if by some miracle you make it past the line, try sacking Big Ben, Daunte, JaMarcus Russell, etc.
