The point is the guy with AJ may not have been able to call the turn bet, so he disconnects to get to the river for free.

Disconnect protect abusers are the lowest form of live. WAAAAYYY below shortstackers.

Report him to the site (seriously), if he does that constantly they may take away DP from him.

We appreciate your observation and concern. However we have looked into the logs of that game and noticed that he was playing normally. He only got disconnected once.
Please note, that disconnects can and do occur during games. That is why we have the disconnect protection option in place.

Are you idiots?
The fact that he only disconnected once makes it far more likely it was on purpose. If he disconnected frequently he may have had internet problems but if he only disconnects one time coincidentally when he is in a big pot where he has a very difficult decision doesn't this set off alarm bells. If this isn't disconnect protect abuse I don't know what is. Maybe your support should work on stopping blatant cheating instead of being completely useless.
