Re: Just wondering...
Maybe people are mean to you because of the aggressive tone of your first post. Is that any way for a lady to behave herself? If you always conduct yourself in such a manner I can't imagine you would be a very pleasant person. Maybe you should try being a little nicer next time you post, and people will like you better. You catch more flies with honey right?

what are be back in the 1940s now. "Act like a lady" [/ QUOTE ] Do you not believe that she would receive a warmer reception if she had a little bit more tact, grace, and dignity? I didn't tell her to wait to speak until spoken to, nor did I tell her to cook or clean for me (though, I would never protest if she wanted to.) It sounds to me like you could use a lesson or 2 in manners as well. |

This has nothing to do with manners more to do with you are intimidated by a successful rich female. |

You have to give respect to get respect. Annette would have a lot more "friends" if she acted only a little more "friendly". That was the point of my initial post. |

BTW: I admit to being a looser so don't even try and use that comment against me. |

Annette didn't take an aggressive tone with "you". Get over yourself. Go and read through all of the crap that has been posted about Annette in this forum and maybe you will have a better understanding of where she is coming from. There is nothing wrong with the tone of her post as it is addressed to the entire forum regarding the general manner in which she is treated here. She has every right to be somewhat confrontational. |
