Don't know about a converter, sorry.

As for hand, this really sucks but without a read that he might do this with any pair I think you have to fold. A weak A is such a huge part of any 10NL donks range I just don't think you are good enough times to make the call. I understand being tempted but I seriously doubt villain is willing to shove it all in here without some sort of A (any of which beat you).

QFT

Typically I've seen mid/low PP or Axs in spots like this.

I've only got 12k hands 10NL, but players are sooo unaware of position,
so AJs UTG is just as good as it is on the button.
It's so bad that I make a note when I see a position-based play.

I raise this to .50 preflop and shove over villain's donk bet. He's only got $4.01 left, and calling leaves him with less than a PSB behind.

Folding the flop is awful and would make baby jeebus cry.

hmm but he raised into me on the flop, does this mean that he still would have Ax? or do you think its more along the lines of toppair on flop with A overcard?

also no chance to have a straight? i think it could be possible but not likely

Having to play this hand post-flop against 2 short stacks sucks, but your hand is still too good to fold on that flop and calling only tempts the other player to come along. Also, if the turn is 3 handed, there is a good chance one of the villains is going to push. The donk bettor could be holding as little as any over pair at this level.

Raise this flop and put the 2 villains to a decision for the rest of their stacks.
