Weird hand vs min-raiser

UTG is 35/26 and the other guy was unknown. UTG has been doing this and not showing down, so no range on his UTG minraises. I figure that I can isolate UTG with the raise as BB hasn't shown enough strength to come along for the ride. Bad play? I normally don't play for stacks PF but both of these guys top out at 40 bucks.
