Default Help me become a master of pullups.

Roommate made a prop bet to see who could do more pullups in a month. The stipulations are simple: who can do more pullups in one try. We have a month to do this. Any tips/advice? Which muscles should I be working on? I'm thinking of focusing mostly on my back, doing lat pull downs, rows, and chin ups. What do you guys think?

I'd probably concentrate on doing pullups and not being fat.

Good point, you could probably do a lot more with no legs.
