Default Hands strong enough to limp but not call a single raise?

The typical scenario when someone raises is that everyone who has limped is calling the raise. Is this just fine play?

Are there hands strong enough to limp, but not call a single pot raise under some circumstances? What would those be? What kind of hands would that be?

Since hands are so close in value and you've got decent odds you would always want to see a flop, right?

I do see a fold UTG if you are afraid after a pot raise from the blinds that someone very tricky will limp-reraise in middle position or so - but how likely is that really?

Anyone care to elaboriate?

There are hands that are strong enough to limp with in LP when you're unlikely to be raised that you wouldn't call a raise with, but no I'm never actually limp/folding unless the pot's reraised behind me.

very very rarely I will limp along in the CO with a junky hand like A237 suited to the ace if there are limps before, and I will fold if the button pots it and everyone else folds, but that's about it. Since other players don't limp/fold often this doesn't come up to much, but it's still in the playbook.

sometimes I limp a weak hand like 4589ss in the first couple of positions hoping to get a multiway pot with some bad players, then if a decent player who has position raises and everyone folds I fold.
