Default NL500: QT on J97T 3bet pot blind defense OOP

Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] and $638.

BTN is 31/13.6/1.5 with 26% att. to steal and covers. Hero has been playing (too) aggro with some tilt involved and I think I'll be called down pretty light (not light enough for my T to be good though I'm afraid). The whole table is full of aggro regs (bad table selection on my part) and has livened up with almost every hand being 3bet preflop.

BTN raises to $17.50, Hero raises to $70, BTN calls.

Flop J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($142.50)

Hero bets $100, BTN calls.

Turn T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($342.50)

Hero...? ($468.11 behind)

I don't like to 3-bet this preflop. 26% attempt to steal isn't that much and since you and the table in general are becoming more aggro, this would be a fold for me. I also hate this hand for a 3-bet OOP.

You flop bet kind of sucks because when he calls, (and his AF shows that he does a lot of calling) you'll be left out of position with a good-but-not-great draw in a big pot with not much money left.

I don't think you have many other options than to check/fold here. I can't see him bluffing or calling with a worse hand, and you don't have any implied odds left.
