Although it pains me greatly, I have reluctantly decided to root for MU.

Blech.

But I want a Big 12 team playing for the national championship.

That shocks me VR.

When ou was playing KState in the Big 12 CG a couple of years ago when they were an overwhelming #1 in the BCS standings, I was still rooting for ou to get clocked, even though Texas would have gone to a BCS bowl.

KState ended up winning, ou still played for the MNC (got stomped by USC iirc), and Texas won its bowl game against someone. All is well that ends well.

BTW, no. I'm not convinced that Oklahoma winning sends them to the championship. I am convinced that MU will go.
