RichAM and pokerstars datamining info in profile

this user has a note with a warning from MH about having info about datamining stars in it but it seems he's put it back anyway. I dont know what was there before but this seems pretty flagrant. I havent had to deal with this sort of thing much before and Im going to bed so please take appropriate action. thx.
