NL500: AA on 3467 against reg TAG SB vs. BB
NL500 5-handed. $500/100BB effective stacks.
BB is NL1000 reg playing down because the games up there are bad. 27/18/2.09 over 550 hands. Has probably 3bet me lightish but no proof (only time I 4bet light he called and I folded a later street). Has probably floated me as well today, but again no proof. I'm a tad on tilt so my image is more aggro than usually. I've told people I will open-shove any pair and any ace (though I haven't yet). Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Hero raises to $20, BB calls $20. Flop $4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($40) Hero bets $30, BB calls $30. Turn 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($100) Hero checks, BB bets $60, Hero raises to $180, BB shoves, Hero calls $270. |

Re: NL500: AA on 3467 against reg TAG SB vs. BB
Can you elaborate please?
You don't like the stackadonk against this villain in blind battle? You don't like the final call of $270? |

i can see the merits of the turn cr, however calling is very bad.
what could you possibly be ahead of? |

Re: NL500: AA on 3467 against reg TAG SB vs. BB
i dont think turn is very good.
he's not really going to be calling w. 99 and [censored]. he rarely folds better and doesn't call with much worse. |

Re: NL500: AA on 3467 against reg TAG SB vs. BB
I'm ahead of 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], air and emm... slowplayed KK. Hmm... No, actually I thought some spade+pair hands and overpairs may do this enough times to make it a crying call.
I figured I was pot committed by the turn, but perhaps I wasn't. |
