Without much of a read I would C/F to a reasonable sized bet. You just don't have enough to work with. It's 25NL, most opponents aren't folding J,J - A,A even if they genuinely think you have a set. PF is fine. Going LAG style with 65s is good and all, but this spot is a little too hinky.
On the flop. How can you think you did anything but MISS the flop completely?
