It's minbet, 2 outs is basically the equivalent of 13 outs in NL.

Heh, I almost typed something smarmy right before I called his four-bet. Something to the effect of "Too bad they don't allow unlimited raising headsup".

It took me about 3 seconds to figure out why they were pushing the pot to the guy who had KT.
