Do what I do and everyday at lunch just go out to your car and sleep for 30 minutes, come back in and eat lunch for another 30 minutes, not getting yelled at for an hour break when we're only supposed to have 30 mins is pretty sweet. I just sit back and close my eyes and sleep. If your boss gives you gruff tell him he'd be tired too if he got his aces cracked on the bubble of a donkament at 3:30am and was so pissed he couldn't fall asleep.

Bathroom trick works wonders. Bring a coat or something else to rest yuor head on. Use your phone as an alarm.
