Hollywood Down Again

I love this site. I really really do. It's one of my favorite places to play due to the wonderful customer service, the great bonuses they offer, and the great amounts of money I win playing there.

But the site is down yet again. This is getting very frustrating.

I agree. Especially on their bonuses and CS. I don't really like the pokeroom network though. That and I run sooo bad on Hollywood it's scary. But they offer the best bonuses on the whole network, so I'll always go back.

So this is a common thing? I'm assuming the money missing from my account will reappear. Hopefully my bonus comes back onto my account page as well.

I've almost gotten used to it, but I just referred someone there today and now he's going to discover that he's been referred to a site in the middle of a complete crash. The same thing happened last month when I referred another friend.

Customer Service: A+
Bonus Program: B+/A- (still awaiting promised point store for A)
Software: F
