Default Spider Identification

Anyone know what kind of spider this is? Legs and all, the spider was about the size of a silver dollar. It was outside my bedroom window (2nd story). I used a 100-300 lens zoomed in all the way using the macro setting and manual focus so it's a tad blurry. (My picture taking skills have some room for improvement.)

Actually, it is is a pretty crisp shot, you just need to shoot at a higher f-stop, so that your DOF isn't so narrow, and all the spider is in focus.

I was unsure if you were right because i couldn't find a picture of an orb weaver that had that pattern on the underside of its thorax. Then wiki educated me:

"The family is a large one, including over 2800 species in over 160 genera worldwide"

So yah, it is an orb weaver but which is it?

I'll assume you are a US poster, and in the US we have two kinds of poisonous spiders, neither of which is this spider (BW and BR spiders). If you are in europe, i have no opinion.

Did you get bit?
