[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] I think the most aggravating thing about this last episode was the guy threatening to put Peter's box in the fire. YOU FREAKING HAVE TELEKENESIS JUST MAKE THE STUPID BOX FLY OVER TO YOU OMFG [/ QUOTE ] HE FREAKING DOESN'T REMEMBER HE CAN OR HOW TO CONTROL IT OMFG. [/ QUOTE ] so he can easily make a gun fly out of a guy's hand but not a box? [/ QUOTE ] In danger, subconsious uses powers to defend self. Not in danger, subconsious doesn't care and doesn't do squat. What's hard to understand about this? |

Re: Heroes Premiere TONIGHT, Sept. 24th
All,
What happened to Heroes? IT STARTED SUCKING HARD LAST SEASON, THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Peter/box scenario is beyond idiotic. He obviously figured out how to harness his super telekinetic energy bolts and was well aware of this, so holding a box near a fire is an idiotic way to get him to do your bidding. The thing is, there were many ways this could have been written into the story without the guy holding a physical box in his hands. This sort of horrible writing is what makes this show beyond bad. Yeah, I'll probably keep watching, dammit. |

Re: Heroes Premiere TONIGHT, Sept. 24th
Alex,
I think that would have been lazy writing, but an acceptable excuse for when he just acted on instinct inside the shipping container. However, he came back into the bar to kick some ass when chick was in trouble. It just seems like a super stretch of an explanation now. |

Re: Heroes Premiere TONIGHT, Sept. 24th
He showed more control/restraint over his abilities in last night's ep than he ever did last season, and he was in plenty of peril last season. The subconscious notion just doesn't ring true to me.
