The sun only rises 5 out of 7 days in LV?

What happens the other 2 days? Is there a line on this at the sports books?

Pardon?

The people who are posting "cold" anything are right, as is the guy who said to put rags on yourself. It will lower your body temperature and buy you at least a couple of hours of sleep, at which point you can do it again.

I bought 3 hours of sleep. Any recommendations on cheap cooling units (100-200$). I think its gotten substantially hotter in my room since my last post 4 hours ago

yeah freshman year this happened to me i had two roommates in a reduced rate triple room (made for 2 people).. it was hot as hell.. We each bought a clip on fan (like this: http://www.shoplet.com/office/db/g2513308.html )and attached it to our beds and then you can have it blow air on your face all night.

Update:

Still 95 degrees in my room. I have 4 fans going. Both stores who were supposed to have fans were sold out. No box fans just standing fans and ionic breeze. Sweating in your sleep is a top 10 most uncomfortable feeling.

I was told to put a damp towel either over a chair or on the fan itself and have the fan blow cold air, will this work? If I put it over the fan, will the fan short circuit and burn down the sauna formerly known as my room?
