Raise/call. That T didn't really change anything. People LOVE trip aces. Most of the time, when this happens, I find they have a little ace and are scared to get capped on the turn, but they hate to see it checked behind on the river. Unless there are reads, of course.

I raise/call as well. You're just ahead of so much and his action doesn't make sense. Even after a 3bet you see a worse hand often enough to call.
