i realize it was a dangerous board and raising flop would make this closer to an instacall, but whatever, pot was 4-way and i decided to get a little trappy and let a card come off, planning on shoving a blank turn.

Must get it in. This is definitely one of those spots where your hand is "underrepped" and it means something. AK / AA are pretty likely hands for MP to have. He thought for a while because he was a little scared of you behind him, but figured he is way ahead of the megadonks range and probably expects you to raise two pair or a set on this flop anyways. Folding would be really bad I think.
