You're gonna know villain best here ... put him on a range, stove it and compare odds to equity ... not much else anyone can say.

I almost never 3 bet here preflop but i have done it before to LAGish villians. And fold here as played, or its pure wasted $$$.

This should be reasonable range for him. You have to call 144 for 420; i.e. 34%. Quite close - flip a coin.

Preflop and flop are pretty standard - i'd probably bet a bit more on the flop though.

Yeh i did the ranges in stove an got the same pretty much a coin toss. leaning to a fold.

This is not a flip- unless he's really bad he is not calling the 3bet with those suited connectors. People don't 3bet UTG raisers light, esp OOP, very often so he isn't going to be doing this with anything other than QQ+ imo.

PF sucks IMO. Even though he's LAG, he's UTG and likely isn't calling that 3-bet light unless he's pretty bad. His range has you crushed on the flop, fold quickly.
