NL100 KK facing pot bet and minraise on scare flop
NL100, I have $120, UTG has $90, Villain covers us both.
Villain usually plays 1/2 through 5/10, but he doesn't donk off or anything when playing lower. He does defend with a wide range though. UTG is passive postflop (he checked down trips top kicker in raised pot vs. me earlier), will peel off backdoor draws for 1/2 pot on turn and river, but I've only seen him bet once, when he lead river when hitting top pair 8 kicker when calling down with air all the way. I haven't seen him raise postflop. UTG limps, Hero makes it $5 with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], folds to Villain in SB who calls, UTG calls Flop J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Villain bets $11, UTG raises to $22, Hero? Standard insta-shove? |

Re: NL100 KK facing pot bet and minraise on scare flop
When UTG (passive player) raises, I would probably dump, as weak as it sounds.

Re: NL100 KK facing pot bet and minraise on scare flop
Thanks, I thought that too, plus calling sucks even if the action closes, as any spade/8/9/Q/J/A all suck for me. If I shove, either they both fold or I feel I get called by set/straight or some combo draw I'm flipping against.
