I have a feeling they will rest him for multiple starts unless Kennedy has a bad outing and then give him a start to test and see if the rest did any good.

If he performs well or looks good he goes back into the rotation

Wish I had seen the game, but that's a nice line.

I still can't get over the fact that Hughes and Kennedy are in the rotation and Chamberlain is pitching critical innings out of the bullpen in September for a Yankee team fighting for a playoff spot. I love the New Yankees.

The kid looked good today. He seemed pretty poised, working through the rough first few innings, but you could tell his confidence really picked up as he started to roll through the last few innings he pitched. He'll never be spectacular, but he can definitely be a good big league starter for the Yanks.
