Well don't forget that the 1st 3-4 weeks should be pretty easy and by the 4th or 5th week, all your weights will be up a significant amount and thus the workouts will gradually get tougher week by week.

I am doing approx 10-15% increases and you are right, the 1st few sets are not too tough, but that is the point of the whole program. Save most of your strength for a few big lifts each session.

*if you have been on a program for this for a few months, disregard what I said, I am assuming you have only been doing this for a few weeks or less.
