this is okay, I might make a weak raise inducing bet on turn instead of check-minraising.

raise pf

as played your hand couldn't look more like a flopped set. If villain is a thinking player i'd rather donk the turn

Can't believe people are saying this is ok

You limped with a pair in a 6 max game, you check/called flop and check/minraised against a freaking 13/8/2 player.

Classic donk and you hand can't be more transparent to a half decent player.

Ya sometimes just call with pairs under 77 say 50% of time and bet the other 50% of the time. Is this a bad thing?

Id lead flop sometimes depending on the Cbet freq of the raiser.

Orange. Im courious do you ever take the c/c -> turndonk line without a set/turned 2pair or other good hands on a dry board like this?
I could argue alot against this :P , but i would like to hear you ellaborate your thoughts first. I guess it induces raises against aggressive player you never played against before, but other than that?

yeah it's a leak

And yeah leading the turn is much, much better.

People, in general, call more than they bet. He's much more likely to check a top pair type hand, or even an overpair given his stats. And he probably doesn't double barrel often.
