PokerRoom won't let me cash out

Hi!

Two weeks ago I tried to cash out at PokerRoom, but it won't let me do it. There was a message that it's not possible and I should contact the support team.

So I send them an EMail but now, two weeks later, I haven't get an answer yet. I still can't cash out and I can't call them because they don't have phone support for Germany.

Did that happen to anybody else and what else can I do?

yeah, they tried that with me too. You'll get it but they are trying really hard to get you back at the tables. Maybe they hope you get bored and don't bother to cash out anymore.

At bonuswhores.com forums you can see they were almost blacklisted because of it but they always pay in the end.

Keep trying and make clear you REALLY want to cash the money out. Nothing more you can do.

edit:maybe include a link to this thread so they know they will get negative publicity for being so terrible at support. It took me 3 weeks or something I think.
