Questions:
1. What blinds does he play at? 2. How many players max? 3. Are you sure he wouldn't want to play a tourney? 4. Would he like denominations on the chips or blank? 5. If denominations, would you want chips with a $0.25 chip and a $25 chip or one that says 25 and can be used as either? (this would make sense if he played tourneys as well) IMHO, for $200 you can get a nice 1000 piece NexGen chip set with a variety of colors. They don't come marked with denominations but they can have a sticker added to them, even custom ones, if so desired later by your brother.
