explain how this happens

i sit there and tell myself the same thing over and over again to not do something stupid...then out of nowhere i have a retard blowup...i think its just a mixture of a mental deficiency, pure stupidity, degen running in my genetics, staying up for 40 hours straight constantly, and trying to get unstuck for no reason...did i mention stupidity...is there any definition or term that describes all this??

also ill freak out for like 2 hours and then its like nothing bad even happend when i step back...should i be on medication?

^^how is that going to help anything? Spend your time thinking about what you can and should be doing and not blasting your self-talk with ideas NOT to do.

If you are focused on the negative (even preventing it) then negative is all you are going to get.
