Neteller update = EFT status

This is news to me since my emails on Thursday got the standard "2-4" response. Anyone else either been denied an EFT or "encouraged" to go the ATM route?

I requested an EFT on the 17th and it has said "pending" for the last 2 days. I just requested an ATM card and figure if the EFT still hasn't gone through by the time I receive the card, I'll cancel the EFT request and withdrawl from the card.

Made an EFT request on the 17th which is still "pending". I just got off the phone with a Neteller rep. He says that the transactions that are "pending" cannot be cancelled.

isn't there a 1k/day limit on ATM withdraws? And all the fees for using the ATM?

At that rate it'll take me almost a year to get all my money out

This was my experience also when I called Neteller last night. After reading the email that was posted I may try again though.

Just got off the phone. I made one EFT the day before the shyte hit the fan. That EFT was not able to be canceled and I was told Id have to wait 2 or more weeks. The second one I made on the 17th was canceled and I moved the money plus the rest of my balance to the ATM card. Im visiting my parents this weekend and I dont have my card so Ill be hitting the ATM machine Monday morning.

Oh and the guy was vague but I got to him to sort of admit they have problems with their processors.

I have a Neteller ATM card I got 4-5 months ago. About a month ago I recieved an email stating that they are changing there cards and I should either withdraw they money or deposit it back into Neteller before January something.

Can I still use that card? or better yet, is anyone else using there card from a month ago or more?

I made 4 5k efts and 1 2k eft on the 16th before this happened. All 6 efts had been showing as "Accepted" and I just checked right now: the 2k eft is showing "Pending" all of a sudden.
