Poker in North Carolina
i'll be in the outer banks for a bit (8 days) and am wondering if there's any poker to be played anywhere within a few hours of there. I'm assuming no, but i still have hope.

Re: Poker in North Carolina
I dont live there, but last time I was there(had a GF that moved there) there was no gambling in NC, Indian reservations may have changed that. Everyone drove to VA to buy lottery tickets and such. Gotta love the irony, they don't want to "corrupt" their citizens with gambling, buy all the smokes you want.

Yeah there's no Poker in NC. Pretty sure the Cherokee casino (which is like 5+ hours from Outer Banks anyway, in the mtns) does not have poker and is a pretty crappy all around place from what I heard.
