How hot or cold am i running?

Does anyone know of a viable way using PT or any other software to tell how hot or cold ones running? I'd really like some evidence when i lie myself to sleep that im not a bad player and am just running cold, thanks.

one quick and dirty way to check is to look at your wtsd and w$sd stats. W$sd should be about 55%. If its a bunch lower you are making a lot of second best hands.

Well, you actually have to compare your W$Sd to your went to showdown%-If you are going to showdown 33% of the time and you are winning less than 55%, you are probably running bad. However, If you are going to showdown 40% of the time you probably should be closer to 50 W$SD. But search for Krishan's post, it is very good.
