I hate the flop 3-bet. The turn/river bets look fine.

I dont mind the flop 3 bet and even the turn bet, I am not saying I like them, just that they are not that awful. I think betting the river is pretty bad though. Were you gonna take a free card on the turn if you didnt hit your hand or had the ace to use as a scare card?

Why? If you call the flop I think you have to fold the turn unimproved.

Hmm I don't think so. You'll be getting 5 to 1 with a pretty clean 10 outs and some river implied odds. I would call flop, call turn, and raise river when I suckout :P.

the flop 3bet is fine if you are going to take the freecard but i guess as soon as the ace hit you figure you'd fire again, when he calls that he isnt folding the river

normally i just call the flop and fold the turn unimproved unless I have a pretty good read

If you call you do have to fold the turn unimproved, but 3 betting is definitely spewing a little bit.
