Wal-mart has apolicy where you do not need a recipet to return something once, but they do take down your driver licence so if it becomes a trend then they can detect the pattern.

How long did it take you all to get your ipods from party?

sweet. anyone know the apple or even bestbuy return policy?

You're not going to get [censored] back from Best Buy, at the very least, without a receipt.

But then again, attempting to defraud a company sounds like loads of fun. Give it a shot. Seriously, this may be one of the more ridiculous ideas I've heard before.

Back in my day I used to buy computer games, burn them onto my computer and perfectly repackage them and return them to BB. Viva la revolution!

I have a feeling the mac store will do it, you can thank me when you try to make a legit return one day and their return policy has become massively strict due to abuse.

it's a gift for someone i don't like very much. And that's the truth.

If you don't like them that much, why are you spending so much time and money on a gift?

WTF!!! It's been 5 and half weeks for me and I haven't gotten my IPod from party. I realized it was futile to email party about it since they say that it can take up to 6 weeks and they'll just tell me that.

Did it come by registered mail or anything? Did you have to sign for it? I'm going to be so annoyed if it got lost in the mail or something and there is no way to find out what happened. (BTW the 6 week anniversary is circled on my calendar and party will hear from me on that day.)

LOL. They do take stuff that they dont sell. My girlfriend use to work for them and their committment to customer satisfaction is so high you can do pretty much anything but shop lift and they will tolerate it .

She told me that they DID take back stuff marked "Sears" on it.
