These 2 are both spewing LAGS (Both about 50/20-30/3):

Preflop: Hero is Button with T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
1 fold, MP calls, 1 fold, Hero raises, SB calls, BB calls, MP calls.

Flop: (8 SB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, BB checks, MP bets, Hero calls, SB raises, BB folds, MP 3-bets, Hero...

Fold the flop first time, with two behind you. As played, fold the flop the second time. I honestly don't see how you can consider anythign else.

I call. You have an inside straight draw, an BD flushdraw as well as an BD straight draw. I like the implied odds against spews like this.

With position, overs, 1 card gutshot and BD flush draw I thought this would be a good place to raise the initial flop bet. Why is this a bad spot to raise the initial flop bet?

because you need to catch your draw to win this hand, and you want to draw as cheap as possible and you want many players in the pot when you hit to pay you off.

I'd rather cap in a vain attempt to freeze the action than fold getting 15:2.

You can't owerpower a maniac, I doubt the action would freeze up. Maybe you could get a free card, but I still think it's a kind of a wild play.

I'm with those who say call in this hand. With all of theese backdoors in a large pot I would like to see another card.
