Bankroll question

Right 2 weeks ago I deposited $50 into Titan Poker and $50 into Pokerstars. I now have $120 in Titan poker and $160 in Pokerstars. $160 + $120 = $280. Should I count the money i have on both sites as 1 bankroll or should I play them seperatly when choosing the games I should play i.e can I play $0.05/$0.10 or should I just stick to the $0.02/$0.04 games on titan and the $0.01/$0.02 & $0.02/$0.05 games on stars?
Does this count as being properly bankrolled?

Personally I'd count it as one bankroll and move up. If your combined drops below $200, move back down on both sites.
