Default Is this too nitty preflop - AQ?

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed) Full Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Hero ($13.90)
CO ($4.50)
Button ($11.15)
SB ($9.80)
BB ($2.70)
UTG ($0.20)

Preflop: Hero is MP with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $0.35</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $1.2</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $0.85

Villain is unknown, I folded because I was OOP. Too nitty or standard?

I don't mind a fold. A fold can only be a small mistake in a small pot. And you've got plenty of opportunity for this to escalate to where you can make a big mistake on later streets.

I think it's a good fold. AQ plays terrible against a 3 bet not to mention the initial raiser is still left to act.

standard for me.

AQ to a 3-bet when you are OOP is bad news most of the time.

Might be showing my ignorance so be gentle but isn't the action so far raise, re-raise? I'm a little confused as I've read similar post today where I've seen what I thought was a 3-bet called a 4-bet.
