I would consider 4 betting preflop for sure. If SB is loose and likely to pay off with a weak overpair on a raggedy flop or with an AJ type hand on a Jxx flop, I'm much more likely to reraise and try to stack him.

Actually, I think we should reraise either way now that I think about it. If he's tight, he'll just fold anyway which increases your equity in the other pot.

15 or so? That makes it expensive enough that AK/AQ hands aren't getting good enough odds to draw, but wouldn't necessarily scare off JJ/TT type hands that we want to stack.
