My wife loaded a special poker playlist onto my iPod. It has 30 different versions of "Loser" by the Grateful Dead continually repeating.

I think maybe she's trying to tell me something...

[/ QUOTE ]

she's referring to poker.

zing!

Wow I love Radiohead (how's their new free album) but I can't listen to anything that mellow/depressing when I play.

I prefer something upbeat with a jazzy tune.

St. Germaine
The Smiths
The Cure
Jazzmatazz
Wynston Marsalis
Perhaps some Arcade Fire or Animal Collective if I"m feeling indie.

Michael Jackson if I'm stuck a lot
Michael Jackson if I'm up a lot.

Sublime albums - Robbin the hood, Sublime(self titled) and 40oz to freedom. Pretty wide range of songs but mostly relaxing.

Sometimes i throw on the queen greatest hits 3cd.

And wtf is with ipods. I have a creative zen vision m which is 2 years old and is much better than an ipod. The average life of an ipod is 12 months.

Great! By far the one I most listen to. Easy to relate to, simple and straightforward.

Put your money up- Ludacris
If you're in the mood for some gamboooool.

Otherwise I go through the Beatles, 80's rock and a lot of "unerground" hip-hop.

Various selections from the 80's, hair bands, Steely Dan and four songs by John Prine.

Scandisk MP3 player because iPods are way too balla for a hillbilly.
