Default math question

hello i have a math question:if utg raise 12% and utg+1 13% when utg don't raise ,how often will one of these player raise?

Hi,

If utg raises 12%, then that means he does NOT raise 88%. If utg+1 raises 13% of THAT 88%, then he raises .13*.88= 11.44% of the time. So between the two of them, they raise 23.44% of the time.
