HSP, 100k cap?

A few weeks ago there was a 100k cap, this week there wasn't, what gives?
Was the 100k cap just a spoken agreement between the 2 players involved, is this allowed/ethical?

There's never been an actual enforced cap on HSP. That was just specific to that hand.

HSP would never cap the action themselves, they created the show just for huge pots. They want to see as many hansen negreanu pots as possible.

Re-read my answer. The 2 players agreed to the 100K cap during the hand.
