Default 2/4 online AJo fold preflop

Everyone cool with this fold?

No reads, 29 hands so far, I have V$IP 14%.

Either 3 bet or fold, obv. It looks ok I guess, I mix it up depending on feel/flow of the table.

Thanks, AJo not a 3-bet unless I have a read on the OP.

Honestly, it depends on your opponent. Put him on a range of hands, and if you think your hand is ahead of his range then 3bet it. Against your run of the mill small stakes player, I usually throw AJs in the muck in this spot.

readless this is a standard fold.

edit to say AJs has options. you can fold, call or reraise. readless, a safe default is to still go with fold if a multiway pot isn't brewing.

Without reads seems like a good fold. AJ is often dominated. Were the opening raise from HJ or CO and I had a read that the Villain steals with a wide-ish range I'd 3-bet.
