Default Ferguson\'s Rules to BR Management

I'm slightly confused by Ferguson's rules on when to exit a game when it gets too expensive.

He says you cannot buy into any game exceeding 5% of your bankroll (I get that obv). But, he says you must leave the game when the money on the table represents more than 10% of your total bankroll. Does this mean that if you win a few pots and gain a larger stack at the table that you must leave when YOUR OWN stack reaches 10% of your total bankroll.......or does he mean you must leave when the entire table's cumulative chip stacks add up to more than 10% of your total bankroll?

I feel like this is probably a stupid question, but its not clicking in my brain. Thanks for the help.

So this has nothing do with the fact that you would need to leave when you get a larger stack?

you have a BR of $2000 and you buyin to a $100NL table and you run it up to $220. your total BR is now $2120 and you have more than 10% of that on the table so you need to rathole - I mean leave the table.

OMG...OSU is easy to get into..im gonna apply

it means...u should only risk 5% of ur roll in any given tounr yor cash game...so if i have a roll of 1000 dollars and i buy in for 25 bucks to a nl talbe then go on a huge rush and get up to 75 bucks...my roll is now 1050...and 75 dollars is too high a % of that to be gambling up wiith
