Invasion (some spoilers likely)

the trailer to this movie was awesome, although you could tell that it was probably going to suck. that music playing in the background was perfect. Overall, the movie was entertaining, but like every Hollywood movie it was dumb downed and they spent too much time explaining the ridiculous plot instead of just relying on suspense. Nicole Kidman was smoking hot.

there was another one in the late 90's with Meg Tilly -

this is like the 3rd remake - no wonder it bombed

3rd remake w/ absolutely NO reason to have both Nicole Kidman and Daniel Craig in it. What a waste of talent. I can't imagine what her agent was thinking and why the producers would've wanted to pay her price.

It's watchable. I thought Kidman overacted in spots. The cutesy/perfect kid with his gargantuan front teeth kinda got on my nerves.
