Default Probable 2nd best hand on 4th, multiway with a shortstack (Razz)

Razz ($50/$100), Ante $10, Bring-In $15 (converter)

Hero: $4,270
Seat 2: $2,093
Seat 3: $1,878
Seat 5: $374
Seat 6: $3,298
Seat 7: $4,745
Seat 8: $2,222

3rd Street - (1.40 SB)

Hero: 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]___completes___calls___calls
Seat 2: xx xx T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]___folds
Seat 3: xx xx 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]___raises___raises
Seat 5: xx xx 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]___raises___calls
Seat 6: xx xx 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]___folds
Seat 7: xx xx 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]___folds
Seat 8: xx xx K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]___brings-in___folds

4th Street - (13.70 SB)

Hero: 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]___?
Seat 3: xx xx 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Seat 5: xx xx 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]___bets

Seat 5 has $164 (~3.3 SB) behind going into 4th street. The pot is big and there were fireworks on 3rd, so its pretty much a sure thing that his money is going in.

Seat 3 is one of the marks of the table, too loose and generally passive.

Whats my best play here, call or raise, and why? Does anybody do anything differently on 3rd?

I'll post the later streets after some responses, but they're kinda standard/obvious, i think, and this is the spot that really seems to be what matters.

I was at the table when this happened(ChrisWard1000), the best play is to raise. This forces seat 3 to put more bets in behind or fold when it is obviously going to get capped by seat 5. You want it HU with seat 5 due to the pot equity.

You probably have around 33% equity on 3rd so just calling the 3B is fine. 4th seems like a standard jam with the short stack to charge the guy in the middle or get him to fold.
