Against this villain, I'm bet/folding 55 for value. he'll call you with Tx, maybe weaker jacks are in his range, maybe 88-55 if he's awful, and you're faced with a very tough river spot against a guy that can certainly bluff with no real rationale. I think c/f is second best and it's a little close.
