Default Bluff on the river?

PokerStars 0.25/0.50 Hold'em (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
1 fold, MP calls, Button calls, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: (4 SB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, MP bets, Button folds, SB calls, Hero calls.

Turn: (3.50 BB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, MP checks.

If I miss on the river, are there any on which I should bluff (if the SB checks)?

you've said nothing of your opponents, so I would venture to say 'no.'

Do you think your bluff will work more than 28% of the time? Because I'm leaning towards "No."

Well I made the flush on the river (5c), BB checked, I bet and they both folded.

Without reads, I don't like the idea of bluffing into two unknowns.
